How do I place an order?

To place an order click on the product that you wish to purchase and click 'Add to Cart', the product will then appear in your basket in the top right hand corner. You can add and remove products from here up until you purchase them. 

How will I know my order has been placed?

Once you have placed your order you will see an on screen order summary and will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a 2nd email that contains your tracking number.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed it cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed you can cancel it up to 24 hours after placing it, but once the order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it. To cancel forward your purchase confirmation email to info@sarahill.com along with your reasons for cancelling.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, there will be an express shipping option at the checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes all products can be shipped internationally.

What are your shipping rates?

Please refer to our 'Returns & Delivery' Page for full shipping rate prices.

What if something is out of stock?

Below each product image on its individual page is a button to 'Email us about this product'. Follow the link to email us your name and product information and we will put you on the product waiting list, and make sure you are the first to know when the product comes back into stock.

What is your returns policy?

For our full returns and delivery policies please refer to the 'Return & Delivery' Page.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, as a Peta approved company, we do not, nor have we ever, tested our products on animals. We also do not contract outside companies to test on animals for us.

Where can I look up the ingredients for each product?

If you require a breakdown of ingredients in a product, please email us at hello@sarahill.com and we will be happy to provide a full listing for each product. If there is a specific ingredient you are allergic to, we will also be happy to advise on what products do not contain it. 

Are your products safe for pregnant women to use?

Yes, but if you have a concern on whether a product you are currently using is safe for you during pregnancy, you can print out the list of ingredients for that product from our web site and take them to your doctor to review. Your doctor knows best what vitamins, minerals, chemical ingredients and preservatives would be best for you to avoid using during your pregnancy.

Does your foundations contain SPF?

No so appropriate sun protection should be followed when wearing SARA HILL Make Up.

Does SARA HILL Make Up offer a discount for Professional Make Up Artists?

Yes we offer a 30% discount to professional make up artists upon applying for the Pro-Discount Code. Please refer to the 'Pro-Discount' Page for details on how to apply.

How long does it take to receive my Pro-Make Up Discount Code?

It can take between 3 - 6 weeks for the code to be emailed to your preferred address.

What if my application gets rejected?

Unfortunately if your application is rejected it means that you have not met the criteria at that time, but please do not let that put you off from re-applying in the future.
